Forks Over Knives
New event for all of you who are health conscious; check it out under the Local Events tab (Forks Over Knives).
Along with the movie "Forks Over Knives," there will be many displays of various vegan and vegetarian food alternatives. Fresh Healthy Cafe will have its own table promoting Daiya Cheese, Gardein Chicken, and the health benefits of freshly squeezed juiced that are offered in the cafe. We will be handing out samples of some of our delicious wraps, veggie fare, and even wheatgrass shots provided through Sweatgrass.
You can catch the door prizes, free food samples, and information on eating healthy at 2 different times and locations:
